About ICECTT 2027
The 12th International Conference on Electromechanical Control Technology and Transportation (ICECTT 2027) will be held grandly in Weihai, China, from July 2 to 4, 2027. The conference is hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai). As an annual event with a long-standing history and a stable record of indexing in this field, ICECTT 2027 aims to bring together leading scholars and industry experts from the fields of electromechanical manufacturing, automation control, and transportation worldwide, establishing a high-end platform that fosters interdisciplinary exchange and industry-academia-research collaboration. The conference will focus on cutting-edge topics such as intelligent transportation systems, the Internet of Vehicles, electric vehicles, mechanical automation, and the application of optoelectronic technology in transportation, with in-depth discussions on technological trends and challenges. The conference program is rich and diverse, featuring plenary keynote sessions and invited expert presentations, along with multiple thematic sub-forums for focused discussions. Oral presentation and poster sessions will also be arranged for young talents to showcase their latest achievements.
We sincerely invite colleagues from around the globe to submit papers and participate, and we especially encourage young scholars to actively apply to organize thematic sub-forums, so as to jointly promote the integration and innovation of electromechanical control and transportation technologies, and to contribute to the future development of smart cities and green mobility.
Since 2015, the conference has been successfully held for eleven sessions. To date, all previous proceedings have been published and indexed in databases such as IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex.

Publication
All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics.
